The Katsina State Enterprise Development Agency (KASEDA) is pleased to announce the disbursement of a total sum of ₦171 million to 76 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the first batch of the 2026 KASEDA/BOI Interest-Free Loan Programme.
This milestone reflects the Katsina State Government’s continued commitment to improving access to finance for small businesses, enabling them to expand operations, create jobs, and contribute meaningfully to the state’s economic growth.
The beneficiaries, drawn from various sectors across the state, successfully completed the required application, verification, and documentation processes conducted in collaboration with the Bank of Industry. The disbursement of funds marks a critical step toward strengthening enterprise development and supporting business sustainability.
KASEDA reaffirms that this initiative is designed to provide financial support without the burden of interest, thereby easing the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and encouraging business growth across Katsina State.
The Agency also notes that additional batches of beneficiaries are currently undergoing documentation and verification, and will be announced in due course as the process continues.
KASEDA, under the supervision of Dr. Babangida Ruma, and leadership of His Excellency, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD, CON, remains dedicated to empowering MSMEs, promoting inclusive economic development, and creating opportunities that improve livelihoods across Katsina State.
